To open an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your Philippine mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) 70jl account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 70jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID). 70jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 70jl login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. 70jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
You must notify 70jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of account security. 70jl's customer support team is available 24/7 for account security concerns. Upon receiving notice of a suspected breach, 70jl may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount on the 70jl Platform is Philippine Peso (₱) 20.00. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. 70jl does not accept cash deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day. 70jl does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals.

70jl may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free game rounds, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
By accepting any Promotional Offer, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
70jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, that wagering requirements have been circumvented, or that the player is in breach of these Terms.

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the 70jl Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 70jl or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without 70jl's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 70jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 70jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
70jl's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 70jl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 70jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
70jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms, if 70jl is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority, or if 70jl reasonably suspects fraudulent or illegal activity on your account.
Upon termination, any remaining balance of genuine, non-bonus funds in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding disputes, chargeback claims, or KYC verification requirements remain unresolved. Bonus funds and any winnings attributable to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 70jl customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
70jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 70jl will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or by displaying a notice upon your next login.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 70jl operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, and any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 70jl informally by contacting our customer support team. 70jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through internal escalation within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving your complaint in writing.
